Art Studio’s and Workshops for a local Art Foundation

We are pleased to be working with THFC to provide Art Studio’s and Workshops for a local Art Foundation whom provide support throughout the arts and crafts. The works involve the conversion of two large Victorian houses, approximately 700m2, to form a number of 12 Art / Craft studios with retail and gallery spaces. The works comprise stripping out of the existing finishes, remodelling works, strengthening and fire proofing works, along with the provision of welfare facilities. Renewal of services throughout, replacement surface finishes and redecoration works.
