Miles Gray Road, Basildon Commercial & Industrial
This prestigious project in Basildon, Essex comprised of the complete refurbishment and adaption of an existing office building. The works being carried out in two phases, namely Sovereign House (1st Phase) and Monarch House (2nd Phase).
The facilitating works for Sovereign House consisted of the demolition of 3 facades leaving only the front elevation standing and the construction of a new steel framed building clad with Evolution panel cladding to all elevations and a structural glass entrance and canopy.
As well as all external works, we are also undertook the internal fit out, which involved the installation of a bespoke staircase and a raised access floor to house all services and cables. A new bespoke glazed lift was installed creating a unique and inviting reception area.
The offices are formed of glass partitions, some of which have switch glass to afford privacy when needed, along with acoustic bi-folding partitions. We undertook the complete fit out of male and female toilet areas and shower rooms which are all fully tiled with recessed ceilings with feature lighting.
The whole of the works are high spec in order to create a comfortable and modern working space.
