Refurbishment Project Underway at Industrial Unit

Refurbishment and roofing works are progressing at an industrial unit, delivering significant upgrades to both the building’s structure and facilities.  The scope includes the installation of new vehicle access doors, entrance and fire exit doors, along with comprehensive M&E services to the toilet block and kitchen areas.  The WC’s are also receiving new flooring to enhance durability and finish.  These improvements will provide a refreshed, modernised facility tailored to meet operational needs and support future use of the site.
