Mount Road Industrial Estate, Feltham

We are currently undertaking the external refurbishment of an industrial unit, delivering a comprehensive package of works to enhance both the buildings performance and appearance.  The project includes the replacement of the existing roof, installation of new rooflights and upgrading a section of the external cladding to improve durability and weather resistance.

Internally, the works comprise full redecoration throughout the warehouse and office areas, including timberworks, walls and the undercroft ceiling, alongside the application of a new warehouse floor coating.  We are also installing new internal stud walls and partitions to reconfigure and improve the usability of the space.

In addition, the project includes the installation of new up and over vehicle access doors, upgraded lighting and power throughout, and the servicing of the existing fire alarm system, ensuring the unit is safe, functional and ready for continued use.
