This project involved the comprehensive replacement of existing RAAC roof decking with a modern metal deck and high performance warm roof system, providing a durable energy efficient solution designed to extend the building's service life.

Alongside the roofing works, we delivered a full internal refurbishment to modernise the building and improve its functionality.  The project includes extensive mechanical and electrical installations, together with all associated builders works and internal finishes.

The refurbishment incorporates the installation of new suspended ceilings, upgrades to internal walls, replacement lighting, modern data infrastructure and improvements to the building's electrical services.  A new heat recovery ventilation system was also installed within the corridor areas to enhance air quality and energy efficiency.

Additional works included the complete remodelling of the toilet facilities and tea point, creating modern, practical spaces that meet current standards and provide an improved environment.
