At Emerson Willis Ltd, we recently completed a
comprehensive refurbishment of a 12,000m2 building,
transforming it to meet modern standards and improve its
efficiency.

Our extensive upgrade included installing new
roof coverings, fresh interior and exterior paintwork,
advanced cavity insulation, and a modern ventilation and
heat recovery systems. We also replaced over 500
windows to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

To further elevate the buildings appearance, we
performed a Doff clean on the exterior and repaired
brickwork and concrete paneling to ensure a seamless,
polished look.

The project also featured a complete
redesign of the front entrance, which now boasts a new
canopy, updated signage, modern entrance doors and
access-controlled turnstiles. This revamp opens up the
space, creating an impressive full height lobby for the
college.
