Sustainable innovation at Newham College, Stratford Campus.

We are proud to have been selected to construct a state of the art Eco bungalow within the grounds of the College.  This forward thinking project reflects our commitment to sustainable construction and innovative design.

Our scope of works includes excavation and foundation installation, the erection of a robust steel frame, and the application of a gas membrane to ensure long term environmental integrity.  The exterior features high quality brickwork and a tiled roof, designed to be seamlessly integrate a bank of photovoltaic (PV) panels for the renewable energy generation.

Inside the bungalow, designed to serve as a functional classroom, will be equipped with an energy efficient air source heat pump for heating and a solar hot water system, reinforcing the building's friendly credentials.
