We recently completed the refurbishment of two industrial units in Purfleet, delivering functionality, appearance and suitability for future occupation.

Externally, the project included the installation of new rooflights to Unit 5, replacement of the existing gutters, repairs and redecoration of the external cladding, and the decoration of the vehicle access doors, significantly improving the overall condition and presentation of the units.

Internally, Unit 5 underwent a strip out before being transformed with a new office and toilet fit out, new painted floor, full internal redecoration and the installation of new lighting, power, fire alarm and air conditioning systems.  Unit 4 also benefited from office redecoration and upgraded lighting throughout.

The completed refurbishment has delivered two modern well presented industrial units, providing high quality, functional spaces ready for occupation.
