This prestigious project in Marlow, Essex involved the complete strip out (including external wall coverings) of an existing office space of approximately 3000m².

The works involved alterations to provide a prominent front entrance with structural glazed windows throughout to maximize light into the extensive floor spaces.

Externally the building was re-clad to give a completely flush look and modern feel.

Internally the works comprised of a complete re-fit to a very high standard with all internal joinery is finished in solid walnut.

A structural glazed lift was installed and heating, cooling and fresh air ventilation along with a new electrical system has seen the completion of the Mechanical & Electrical Services installation.

Externally the grounds were landscaped to provide additional parking spaces and create a series of planted beds with the planting of approximately 4000 shrubs.
