This exciting project comprised of the adaptation of a substantially clad, steel framed office building with ancillary office areas and car parking facilities.

Flat panel cladding was fitted to all external elevations, with the roof receiving new coverings. New aluminium windows and doors were fitted throughout the whole building bringing it up to date.

The existing main entrance was extended with smart glazed curtain walling to form a ground and first floor atrium area.

Internally, existing staircases were refurbished and a new shower room and toilets added.

A large plant room was converted to provide office accommodation with raised access flooring throughout all areas.

New lighting, dual heating and cooling units were provided and the existing access lift was updated.

Ancillary kitchens were fitted and store rooms created.

All areas were left fully decorated and ready to for the building to be marketed.

The car park underwent a general refurbishment with new lighting and a new feature entrance.
