This project comprised of the complete refurbishment of a four storey office block with a floor area of over 4500m². In addition to the refurbishment extensive structural alterations to remodel the reception area were made.

New suspended ceilings including recessed LED lighting were fitted throughout all areas. New Male and Female WC’s were installed on the first, second and third floor and the existing 8 person lift was refurbished to bring the building up to date.

A VRF Air Conditioning system was installed through the entire building.

Finally, new aluminium windows were fitted throughout and the outside parking area was refurbished leaving the building ready to market.
