We are thrilled to showcase this project at the Unisurge site in Newmarket, featuring a striking steel portal framed extension.  This ambitious endeavour combines modern design with functionality to enhance operational capabilities.

Our journey began with a thorough site clearance, laying the groundwork for seamless enabling works.  We swiftly progressed to constructing foundations and erecting a durable steel frame, with composite cladding.  This innovative design provides expansive warehousing on the ground floor, alongside versatile office space on the mezzanine level. A distinctive glazed corner feature adds a touch of elegance, while strategically placed shutter doors facilitate efficient dock loading.

The installation of advanced mechanical systems and a new goods lift enhances operational efficiency. We also adapted existing main services to meet the evolving needs of the facility.

The exterior of the site boasts a spacious distribution yard, ample car parking and beautifully landscaped areas, creating an inviting environment for staff and visitors alike.
