Emerson Willis has successfully completed the refurbishment and roofing works to this industrial unit, delivering significant upgrades to both the building's structure and internal facilities.

The scope of works included the refurbishment of the existing roof, with upgraded roof lights installed to improve natural daylighting, alongside the installation of new vehicle access doors, upgraded entrance doors, and compliant fire exit doors, enhancing both functionality and safety.  Mechanical and electrical services were installed to the refurbished toilet block and kitchen areas, alongside new hardwearing floor finishes to the WCs to improve durability and overall appearance.

To prepare the building for its next phase of use, the internal walls were fully sandblasted, removing legacy surface finishes and providing a clean, renewed substrate.  The completed works have transformed the unit into a modern, robust, and fit for purpose industrial space.
