Emerson Willis Ltd has successfully completed the comprehensive refurbishment of an industrial unit, delivering a high quality transformation that has significantly enhanced both the appearance and functionality of the building.

The external works include the complete replacement of the existing roof, installation of new rooflights to maximise natural daylight, and the replacement of sections of the external cladding to improve the building's weather resistance, durability and overall aesthetic.

Internally, the warehouse and office accommodation were fully refurbished, including complete redecoration of walls, ceilings and timberwork, together with the application of a heavy duty warehouse floor coating.  New stud walls and partitions were also installed to reconfigure the internal layout, creating a more practical and efficient working environment.

As part of the refurbishment, new up and over vehicle access doors were installed, together with upgraded lighting and power installations throughout the building.  The existing fire alarm system was also fully serviced and tested, ensuring the unit meets current operational and safety requirements.

The completed project has delivered a modern, functional and durable industrial facility, providing the client with a high quality workspace ready for many years of continued use.
