Our scope of work included the removal and replacement of windows with modern aluminium frames with triple glazing along with the installation of UPVC windows on the side elevation including roller blinds to the internal elevations. To improve the building's exterior, we incorporated infill cladding using Trekker Natural Woodgrain in Earth tone, providing a durable and visually appealing finish. Along with external decorations and rendering to give the building a fresh and polished appearance.

Further enhancements included the installation of new vehicle access doors to optimise operational efficiency. Replacement of the external lift door to ensure smooth and reliable access. The side elevation underwent a thorough steam clean, restoring its appearance and ensuring longevity. To improve safety and visibility, we also provided and installed external lighting.
